How do I get Bloobu Plus?

Open Bloobu, tap the gear in the top corner, then Bloobu Plus. Plus is $4.99 USD per month and gives you higher message limits, any color, any name and hats.

I subscribed but Plus is not active

Open Settings → Bloobu Plus → Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the same Bloobu account you subscribed with. If it still does not work, email us with the date of the purchase.

How do I cancel?

On your iPhone open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Bloobu Plus → Cancel Subscription. You keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for.

Bloobu says it is tired or resting

Bloobu has daily, weekly and monthly chat limits so it stays available for everyone. The app tells you when your limit resets. Bloobu Plus raises the limits.

How do I delete my account and what Bloobu remembers?

Settings → Delete account deletes your chats, memories and profile. Cancel any subscription separately in your Apple ID settings.

Can I stop Bloobu using AI?

Yes. In Settings turn off AI replies to withdraw your permission. Bloobu then stops sending your messages to AI services. See the Privacy Policy.
